Are you a Licensed Architect?

Yes, Chris Dorsey our principal architect is a licensed Architect in California and a few other states. If you have a project in another state please reach out, we'd love to work together! 

What types of projects do you do?

We design projects for all types of clients from small restaurants & retail shops, to large adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects. We have extensive experience with restaurants and food service projects. 

Does you design residential projects?

Absolutely, we love residential projects!  From small additions and ADUs, to full gut-renovations and new builds, we would be excited and honored to work with you on your home project.

Have you done projects outside of Los Angeles and Southern California?

Yes. Though we are based in Los Angeles, we have a long history of collaborating with national clients and completing projects across the USA. We know what it takes to get your project completed no matter where it is located.  

Do you offer interior design services?

As an extension of our architectural design we also offer interior design services. For some projects we may do this in-house, for others we may collaborate with a 3rd party interior designer. In either case we believe interior design is...

Do you offer construction services as well?

While CDA does not offer in-house construction services, we do collaborate closely with qualified contractors, fabricators, and specialists to ensure a smooth, successful and on-time project. We can refer you to someone from our network who would be a good fit for your project.
